the gypsies' journey...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - following the path of the sun and the trail of the stars to worlds known and unknown from yesterday and today into tomorrow -

this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real -
imagined and/or real - a STREAMOFCONSCIOUSNESS telling of my own personal thoughts feelings experiences - interspersed with words and images of others - with things defined by most as PARAnormal which - for me - all my life - have been PERFECTLYnormal -

SO come along with me and we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories around the campfire - together -

THE GYPSYWOMANWORLD

My photo
A...WOMAN IN MOTION WITH HAIR AS DARK AS NIGHT HER EYES WERE LIKE THAT OF A CAT IN THE DARK... SHE WAS A GYPSYWOMAN... she danced round and round... from the fire her face was all aglow... she was dancing... dancing... waiting for the RISING SUN... loving caring relationships are like THE RISING SUN...we are nourished by their warmth...we are energized by their strength...we grow in their light...we find shelter and solace there...they are our sanctuary... born in the sign of the sun, i am a true LEO-love the sun and its hot orange red fire-passionate in and about everything i do-i believe in instant chemistry charisma love/lust at first sight-in the magic of the eyes and the beauty of the soul-in the instant recognition familiarity in meeting someone from a past life and in the knowledge that we might meet in a future life-i believe that we are each ageless and flawless-i believe in the beauty of the moment-the whisper of yesterday-the hope of tomorrow-the power of forgiveness for even ourselves-the absolute and total beauty of love---[credit to brian hyland and curtis mayfield]

the many of me...

there is not just one of me
but many for to see
i have lived not just one time
but many have been mine
i will perchance be with you again
for there be many more to attain

Willis Dancers.

All the answers lie within the pages of a book.
The secret is finding the right book for the question.

Ah, now we know. As soon as I looked @ this picture, I thought, Druids. Even though the ladies in white aren't, maybe you were!

abbot - well, your comment is certainly on point - literally and figuratively - ah, so many searches to go...

and dear trish - your druid comment is more than just a little intriguing - any time i've ever thought of any association with trees, it is an oak - and dear heavens, i cannot remember at this moment anything i even thought i knew of druids but weren't they associated with oak trees - and doesn't the word mean oak in ancient celtic? gee, time to research a bit - in any event, the other thing is that many moons ago when i was doing a LOT of painting, i did a series of myself as part of an oak tree - in these paintings, from my hips up i was my own body but from there down, i was an oak tree [trunk] with massive roots exposed on top of the ground - in these paintings, there was usually a trio of massive oaks on the distant horizon -

didn't mean to digress into my own freudian whatever - but, interesting observation of yours which dredged up these "rooting" memories - :)

as always, your comments are more than appreciated! thanks for coming by!

Lovely image, very intriguing. I want to be one of the women in white dancing around the tree.

I figure it's more jungian than freudian! When I look at your photo, I see an ancient soul, possibly druid.

well, talk about freudian slip, trish - literally - i did not realize i had used freud INSTEAD of jung until this moment with your comment - don't know where FREUD came from!!! thanks for bringing it up though - definitely jungian over freudian - and very possibly druid too - i'm always very grateful for your wonderful insight!!!
