the gypsies' journey...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - following the path of the sun and the trail of the stars to worlds known and unknown from yesterday and today into tomorrow -

this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real -
imagined and/or real - a STREAMOFCONSCIOUSNESS telling of my own personal thoughts feelings experiences - interspersed with words and images of others - with things defined by most as PARAnormal which - for me - all my life - have been PERFECTLYnormal -

SO come along with me and we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories around the campfire - together -

My photo
A...WOMAN IN MOTION WITH HAIR AS DARK AS NIGHT HER EYES WERE LIKE THAT OF A CAT IN THE DARK... SHE WAS A GYPSYWOMAN... she danced round and round... from the fire her face was all aglow... she was dancing... dancing... waiting for the RISING SUN... loving caring relationships are like THE RISING SUN...we are nourished by their warmth...we are energized by their strength...we grow in their light...we find shelter and solace there...they are our sanctuary... born in the sign of the sun, i am a true LEO-love the sun and its hot orange red fire-passionate in and about everything i do-i believe in instant chemistry charisma love/lust at first sight-in the magic of the eyes and the beauty of the soul-in the instant recognition familiarity in meeting someone from a past life and in the knowledge that we might meet in a future life-i believe that we are each ageless and flawless-i believe in the beauty of the moment-the whisper of yesterday-the hope of tomorrow-the power of forgiveness for even ourselves-the absolute and total beauty of love---[credit to brian hyland and curtis mayfield]

for those interested in my SAM COOKE post below, please read the comment sent me by his great nephew, ERIK GREENE - Mr. Greene was kind enough to include several references regarding the circumstances surrounding the death of his uncle - please do follow his links for information not otherwise available - as i said in my response to mr. greene's comment, i do not know why i was so compelled to write of his uncle, only that i was -

Wow, how weird that you have been drawn to this story, happening so long ago, and then contacted by a member of Sam's family. This story is incredible in that it is now being told again, and with facts that are different from the official cause of death.

It's time for Sam's real story to be heard, evidently, and you are here to facilitate that end.

isn't this something?! i am so honored to have been contacted - the thing most compelling to me is that for nearly a week i have thought of nothing else - and i could not tell you the number of times i drafted and re-drafted and deleted drafts of a post - all of the deleted versions focused more on the circumstances surrounding his death - the one i finally posted is very very toned down and i tried to focus on the dream and premonition aspect - but my own attachment to the whole thing is just as fascinating to me and how it all came about i do not know - i just know it IS! anyway, lady, thanks so much for your note - very much appreciated - have a wonderful day!

oh, and i'm, of course, ordering the book! can't wait to read it!

Amazing! I am curious as to what the book says..maybe there will be an investagation to reopen..maybe he needs closure for his untimely death.

i know, i can't wait to read the book - on the investigation thing, yes, definitely, i believe -

and all of it seems to sound to me of a movie, as well, with the ending being the truth as much as it can be known! and the world would see more clearly -

how about denzel for sam? be still my heart! sorry, i digress -

but i'm very taken with the response of sam's father, reverend cook, who basically said that people were going to think what they were going to think and nothing would bring sam back - i'm paraphrasing - and not very well - but that was what i took away from his comment - and i very much respect that perspective - it is the same one i had with my own brother's death under mysterious circumstances -

anyway, i admit that i'm really really curious for things to play out and reveal to me the reason for sam's story to have come to me as it has - perhaps it is only for it to be brought to light once more, even in this very very miniscule innocuous way - but there has been such a sense of urgency associated with all of it to me - in any event, i - well, i don't know -

thanks again, marlene! come back soon!
