This quote seeped through my insides and troubled me, in a nice way, I mean. You know what I mean. The feeling that we are one for US. Very true dear Jenean. If all of us internalise this quote, there would be lesser heartaches and blame-shifts.

hello dear susan! you know, i think it is often very very difficult for us to realize, to know, that we are deserving of our own love - and the love of others - but really our own love - if we do not love us/ourselves, then who will? our self-worth/self-love is reflected in the light we shine upon the world, upon others - sadly, however, there are many who are never allowed or taught or learn to love themselves - a very sad thing -
