our blessed Mother Earth
from which we get
our strength and
determination,
love and humility -
all the beautiful attributes
that we've been given.
So turn to one another;
love one another;
respect one another;
respect Mother Earth;
respect the waters -
because that's life itself!

Comment ne pas penser, en lisant cet appel, au drame écologique qui se joue au large de la Floride. Certains intérêts financiers ont depuis longtemps diabolisé l'écologie, et fait un trait sur l'avenir de notre planète pour de toujours plus vastes bénéfices.
Nous devrions tous nous mobiliser pour éveiller les consciences et faire cesser ce scandale qui empoisonne l'eau, tue la mer, sans le moindre remord.

such beautiful words, we are sitting upon our Mother....must we always be reminded or respect?? it would seem so as she is so uncomplaining,i wonder will we kill her because she is silent?
