the gypsies' journey...

we all are gypsies of a sort wandering traveling through this life other lives space and time here there and yon on roads less traveled - following the path of the sun and the trail of the stars to worlds known and unknown from yesterday and today into tomorrow -

this is a written and visual journal of my own travels - imagined and/or real -
imagined and/or real - a STREAMOFCONSCIOUSNESS telling of my own personal thoughts feelings experiences - interspersed with words and images of others - with things defined by most as PARAnormal which - for me - all my life - have been PERFECTLYnormal -

SO come along with me and we'll dance among the stars under the sun and over the moon - we'll share our stories around the campfire - together -

THE GYPSYWOMANWORLD

My photo
A...WOMAN IN MOTION WITH HAIR AS DARK AS NIGHT HER EYES WERE LIKE THAT OF A CAT IN THE DARK... SHE WAS A GYPSYWOMAN... she danced round and round... from the fire her face was all aglow... she was dancing... dancing... waiting for the RISING SUN... loving caring relationships are like THE RISING SUN...we are nourished by their warmth...we are energized by their strength...we grow in their light...we find shelter and solace there...they are our sanctuary... born in the sign of the sun, i am a true LEO-love the sun and its hot orange red fire-passionate in and about everything i do-i believe in instant chemistry charisma love/lust at first sight-in the magic of the eyes and the beauty of the soul-in the instant recognition familiarity in meeting someone from a past life and in the knowledge that we might meet in a future life-i believe that we are each ageless and flawless-i believe in the beauty of the moment-the whisper of yesterday-the hope of tomorrow-the power of forgiveness for even ourselves-the absolute and total beauty of love---[credit to brian hyland and curtis mayfield]

the crimson child...

 imagine your heart
as an opening
lotus
from its center
comes a crimson child
pure, virginal, innocent

Dear Jenean:

I would add wicked, sinful and tempting as well.

Joy always,
Susan

Love this quote - but the previous comment perplexes me. I have never thought of my or anyone else's heart in those terms. Those qualities are much more likely to originate with ego mind.

Nice quote, Gypsy. We are so ingrained with our ego shouting bad things to us, we forget we are pure deep in our hearts.

The innocence has long since fled from this very black heart Jenean.

Nice verse.

Dear Bonnie:

This is for you. The state of mind I was in prompted me to write all that stuff. Jenean writes about a state which should be and ought to be and I am just adding the ego attributes which have become so very commonplace.

Please don't be perplexed. Sorry if the comment stumped you.

And Jenean, hope that didn't send out a very cruel picture of me.

Joy always,
Susan

thanks so much for coming by bonnie - you know, i think everyone has a different way of perceiving things and at different levels, even one's heart or that of another -

oh, please, susan!!! don't even think about it!!! ;)
like i was saying just now to bonnie - we all have different ways of looking at things and from different vantage points as well - and you are right about my blog - it's about all of those things - so don't ever ever hesitate to say what you think or feel here!!! ok? please!

oh, and what your comment said to me was not at all what you mentioned [cruel, etc] - but that you were able to see the "whole" of things - and that's very important to us all!

nancy, you're right that we all need to stay in "touch" literally and figuratively with the child in us - the innocent - which is, indeed, difficult with all that shouting!

au contraire, jimmy - i know because your writing shows us that innocent child - the good heart!
