The greatest gift
that you could ever give
to another is
your own happiness,
for when you are in
a state of joy, happiness,
or appreciation,
you are fully connected
to the Stream of
pure, positive Source Energy
that is truly who you are.
And when you are
in that state of connection,
anything or anyone
that you are holding
as your object of attention
benefits from your attention.

Sound advice, and exactly what I needed to hear today!
hey lady! so glad to see you! and i'm so glad i could contribute in even the smallest way to what anyone needs to hear - in this case, for me, also, it is true but not just today - every day! i know it to be true - i have experienced its truth and, yet, at times lose sight of it - how can that be? -
That was a mouthful of truth.
I agree whole heartily.
The first time I landed on your blog, it was for a reason.
Giving is better than receiving,
makes my heart all warm and fuzzy.

This is SO true. Wonderful thoughts...love the Matisse.
That is so true! I have a friend who is truly a joyful, happy person and always makes whoever is in her orbit feel great.
The red dot looks so sweet! I liked thinking that I can hold my object of attention through my joy.
Can this blog be seen as your object of attention and we as we read the posts become extensions of that attention. A simple equation:
Jenean's posts = Jenean's happiness and joy = reader's joy!
Joy always,
susan
